Prior Authorization List
Some services covered by VNS CHOICE Medicare require prior authorization. These include, but are not limited to:
- Inpatient admissions (except in an emergency)
- Skilled nursing facility admissions
- Outpatient surgery
- Home health care services
- Certain diagnostic procedures
